BODY WEIGHT/ AT HOME LEG WORKOUT ROUTINE



THE MOST EFFECTIVE AT HOME/BODY WEIGHT LEG WORKOUT ROUTINE! BUILT BIGGER LEGS AND BUTT!

All of the exercises we did 10 reps at a time. To make a more intense workout you can repeat this cycle multiple times OR increase reps. Honestly you should probably do it as many times until failure if you really want to see results quick!
