BODY BEAST - Build Legs Workout



Beachbody's Body Beast, Build Legs.

Oh Yeah! Squats and Lunges with weights... Now we're talking! Enough with the sissy workouts!!!

If you feel at home in the gym, this is definitely a program that you will enjoy. I'm a gym rat and this is right up there on my gym routine list.

Sagi mixes up reps, sets and exercises which keeps you moving throughout. Don't be afraid to get the heavy weights out. I know at first you don't really know what to expect, so keep your chart up to date. Too light, up next workout, to heavy, drop the weight next time... I know, I know we also need to be productive at work too. Don't get all gung-ho and be out for 5 days after each workout.

I for one, cannot do more than 3 good workouts without a day rest, but I do train clients all day long. Pretty bad when I cannot lift my arms or legs to show an exercise, hehe!!!

Be smart, train well and for goodness sacks... Eat well, enough and load up the protein!!!
