Leg Workout w/ Ankle Weights



Simple & effective leg workout using ankle weights. You'll definitely feel the burn!

**Remember to engage your core by pulling your belly button towards your spine and maintaining natural breath. Squeeze those glutes!

Repeat 2-4 sets of 10 repetitions on each side.
