BOOTY Butt Cheeks is all about... you guessed it - building a nice, round, and firm BADONKADOINK!!! Don't get it twisted, this is essentially a 30 minute squat challenge with added butt workouts lol. We're going to really work those glutes in this quick 30 minute Tabata workout. You're going to feel this one in the morning.

In this Tabata HIIT workout, we're going for 30 minutes straight, so remember to stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and that modifications are always welcome and encouraged. This workout consists of 20 "MAX Double Tabata" circuits - 45 seconds of work and 15 secs. rest between each exercise. We're going to kick this workout off with a warm-up and end with a cool-down stretch after completing this intense workout.
