Hey guys! So here's a fun and easy workout to help your booty grow! These are some of the exercises that I currently do when I go to the gym and they have definitely help build the muscle back there.lol. Definitely try them out and let me know how you feel afterwards!
Each exercise do 3 sets of 10. If you are able to increase the amount of reps go ahead!! Challenge yourself. Make sure you stay hydrated and take breaks if you need to :)
