Phase 1 Day 1 & Day 4 Legs & Core Strength & Conditioning Workout Routine for Runners. The objective of Phase I, is to build Endurance & Stability before progressing to the 2nd Phase. Therefore this Phase, should last between 4-6 weeks before progressing to the 2nd Phase. Perform this workout 2x a week and perform 1-3 sets of each exercise. Remember to gradually progress the amount of reps, sets and duration of these exercises. Thanks for watching
