Hi!! So if you love the look of a bigger butt, and a lifted butt then I think you'll enjoy these workouts! and by enjoy I mean, yes they will be painful BUT its all worth it in the end. Right!? right. The ankle weights I used in the video are from sports authority and they are 5 pounds. I also have 10 pound weights from target that are the same style. If you are just starting out you can do these workouts without the weight and still see results. Don't ever push yourself too hard to the point you can get hurt. Rushing into anything won't help, it can only hurt you. However, if you do feel that you are at the point where you want to intensify your workout give these a try! I love them!
