I’ve done my fair share of brutal single leg exercises, but these single leg squats on the KBox may be the hardest one I’ve tried so far due to the added eccentric emphasis. This obviously isn’t a true single leg exercise, but the “up” leg with the foot on the dumbbell is mostly just there for balance, and I’d suspect 80ish% of the load is on the “down” leg, the left leg here. And because you don’t have to worry about balance, you can really focus on the working leg.…
