Simple Leg Workout For Mass and Strength
Whaddidup Guys!
The next workout in my Body By Rings series is legs. This workout is not provided in the program so here is my interpretation of a simple and effective routine.

Simple Routine:
Main Section:
5x5 Squat Movement
5x5 Glute/Hamstring Movement (Deadlifts, BW hamstring curls)
3x8-10 Quad Bias Movement (Lunges, step ups, cussack squats)
3x8-10 Glute/Hamstring Bias (Straight leg deadlifts, glute/ham raise)
Optional Section (For Mass Gain):
2x12-15 Quad Bias Movement (Leg extentions, leg press, easier)
2x12-15 Glute/Hamstring Bias Movement (Hamstring curl etc)
3-5x15-30 Standing Calve Raises
