Reps: 20, 15, 12, 8, (6, 12, 25)
45 sec rest
@1:30 - 45 Degree Back Extension
5 sets
15, 12, 12, 10, (8-8-16)
45 sec rest
@1:51 - Lying Leg Curls
5 sets
15, 12, 12, 10, (8-8-16)
45 sec rest
@2:50 - Deadlifts
4 sets
6-8 rest pause
3 min rest
@6:04 - Leg Press
3 sets
2 minutes CTTS
3 min rest
