KILLER Bodyweight Legs Workout (No Weights Needed!)



A lot of people do not have access to a gym. Heck, I didn't even have access to a gym my first three years of working out! Because of this, bodyweight workouts hit close to home. As requested, here is a great bodyweight legs routine you can do any time, any place! Enjoy.
