Barbell SQUATS for LEGS! (Hindi / Punjabi)



Legs are the foundation to any solid body, stronger they are better our upper body will be.

Barbell squats are A MUST DO exercise when it comes to LEG DAY.

Aim for 4 to 6 sets with 8-12 reps.

Focus on quality over quantity.
