Insane Leg Workout for Size and Definition



One of my favorite leg workouts for some quality leg gains. The full workout is posted below.

Warm-Up - walk 5 min
Squats - 100 reps at 60% of max
Stiff Legged Deadlifts - 20,15,10 drop set
Superset Leg Curls/Leg Extensions - 20,20,20,20
