Stand on the Bosu/Blue/Foam/Dyno Disc/Balance Board. Raise up one knee toward the ceiling in a running position. Perform a mini or a full single-leg squat making sure not to let your knee fall inward or go over your toes. Slowly rise back up. You should be able to count to 5 on the way down and on the way up. Perform the required amount of sets and reps keeping your balance. A repetition does not count if you fail to keep you balance. source
